• As this fest allows NSFW content, you must be 18+ to participate.• This fest is centered around the relationship between Min Yoongi, Park Jimin and Kim Namjoon and the theme is meet-cute. All prompts and fics submitted must have this relationship as the main pairing, one of these characters as the POV and include this theme.• 1k word count minimum. This means that you must have 1k written by the deadline. WIPs are allowed as long as they reach this requirement.• Works must stay anonymous until author reveals. (TBA)• Plagiarism will not be tolerated.• No submissions of already published works.

PROMPTING 🌿
• The prompting period is November 13th to December 17th.• 5 prompt submissions per person. All prompts should be focused on Min Yoongi, Park Jimin and Kim Namjoon.• Include Wants and Do Not Wants in the description of your prompt.• Please tag trigger warnings at the top of your prompt. Any prompts with restricted content and / or without proper warnings will be deleted.• No top/bottom requests allowed.• Self-prompts will be added when claiming opens.

WRITING 🌸
• The writing period for this fest is December 18th to April 7th with the claiming period running until March 10th.• Aside from self-prompts, each prompt can only be claimed once. In the case of multiple claims, the prompt goes to whoever completes the claiming form first.• Max of two prompt claims per writer - one self-prompt and one regular prompt OR two of either. If you finish both, you can claim another.• Claim prompt on AO3 first and then submit the claim form. If the claim form is not submitted within 24 hours, your claim will be deleted.• All ratings are welcome. Be sure to properly rate your fic for content as well as tag it appropriately. Any fics submitted without ratings or tags will not be accepted.• Keep the prompter's Wants and Do Not Wants in mind when writing your fic.• If you are submitting a WIP, the first chapter should be submitted by the deadline (or extension deadline) and meet word requirements (1k minimum).• Extensions will be offered closer to submission deadline.• Once you've submitted, you can make spelling / punctuation / grammar edits, but if you'd like to submit more chapters before reveals, please message us first (especially if you've received your approval message). All submissions have to be reviewed/approved.• You may drop out at any time, just complete the drop form or DM us!• Check-ins are mandatory. Make sure you have your DMs open and our email ([email protected]) added to your address book.

FOR NEWBIES
This is my first time participating in a fest can you tell me what I'm doing? Welcome to your first fest! It's important to read all the guidelines for the fest, prompting, claiming, and writing. Check out the timeline to know when prompting AND claiming opens, and the length of time you will have to write.
I'm not comfortable writing, can I just submit a prompt? You are not under any obligation to write! You're allowed to submit 5 separate prompts. Remember that this fest features the pairing Yoongi/Jimin/Namjoon, and they have to be the main pairing in your prompt; side pairings are fine!
I'm lost! Where do I submit prompts? All prompts will be submitted on our Ao3 collection!
I want to signup to write! What do I need to do? First and foremost, you need to have an Ao3 account to participate in the fest. You will be submitting under your Ao3 account into our Ao3 collection. If you need help with this message us on Twitter, Retrospring, or by email!
Do I need an Ao3 account to submit prompts? Yes, you do. You will submit under your Ao3. It's your choice if you want your name to be revealed or anonymous.
Do I need an Ao3 account to claim a prompt? Yes, you do. You'll be submitting through your account with the prompt you claimed.
I'm lost again! How do I claim? Go through the Ao3 collection for the fest, check out the prompts and pick any one you want. Remember, each prompt can only be claimed once. If more than 1 person claims a prompt, it goes to whoever completed the claiming form first.
How many prompts can I claim? 1 prompt submitted to the fest and 1 self-prompt. Or you can claim 2 prompts submitted to the fest or 2 self-prompts.
I claimed a prompt, but it isn't showing in my claims! What happened? Did you fill out the claiming form after you made your selection? If it isn't showing up it means you probably didn't fill out the claim form after you claimed it on Ao3, and someone else claimed it. If you claimed it on Ao3 and submitted a claim form, usually it's an Ao3 glitch. Message us and we'll help you!
What is a self-prompt? Why can't I claim them during the prompting period? Self-prompts are prompts you want to write yourself without submitting to the fest for someone else to write. You can't claim a self-prompt until we open claiming on the Ao3 collection. They will show up as anonymous claims, and can be claimed multiple times by multiple people.
I really need someone to read over my fic, but I don't know what to do or who to ask! We're here to help with that! When you fill out the claim form, make sure to check out the information on a beta request. You can have someone simply read over your fic and offer some feedback; you can have someone give you spag edits (spelling, punctuation, and grammar); or you can get the full beta which is reading, giving suggestions, feedback, edits. Your mileage may vary, so be sure you're requesting exactly what you need.
I don't know how to submit my fic! Go to your Ao3 profile, click on Claims, click fulfill claim. It will automatically add it to the fest collection. Remember, your submission can't be approved if it's a draft. You're welcome to keep it drafted if you need to make edits or add more, but for your submission to be reviewed and approved you have to post it. Don't worry, it's anonymous until reveals start!
What if I don't finish by the deadline? That's okay! You have options: 1. if you 100% want to dropout, that's fine. All you need to do is fill out the drop form. 2. you can submit as a WIP (work in progress.) 3. if you need more time to finish, you can fill out the extension form for an extension. 4. if you're not sure you're done by the extension deadline, you can still submit as a WIP (work in progress).
Are the check-ins mandatory? Yes, they are. The first check-in is simply the mods checking in how you're progressing, if you're still keeping your claim, and if you think you'll need a beta reader. The second check-in is basically the same, but we will ask if you think you'll need an extension and if you'll need a beta reader.
What is the point of the extension? Sometimes people need more time! If you're finished by the time of the actual deadline, go ahead and submit! The extension is simply for anyone who needs a bit more time.
I want to add more to my fic! Can I add more/add another chapter? Unfortunately, no. There are 3 of us reading, reviewing, and approving submissions. Once you've submitted (actually posted, not a draft) it's already in the review/approval process. If you add more we will need to review/approve what you've added.
My submission hasn't been approved yet. What's going on? It can be a number of things! The mods are probably in the process of reading it over, you need to adjust something, or you need to add more tags. We will reach out to you, don't worry!
I submitted as a WIP (work in progress) and my fic has been revealed. I want to post more! When can I post more? After author reveals! Once you're revealed as the author, it's all up to you.
